A dedicated counter is opened in Cochin International Airport Limited for providing facilities to Sabarimala pilgrims. The counter is opened jointly by Travancore Devaswom Board and Dhanlaxmi Bank.

Various services required by pilgrims are available from the dedicated counter. Information related to the variety of poojas and timings of poojas at Sabarimala and coupons of appam, aravana prasadams and neyyeabhishekom are also made available in the counter. By surrendering coupons, pilgrims can collect prasadams from Sabarimala from special counters without standing in any queue.

Pilgrims who wish to join Birthstartree Project of Travancore Devaswom Board can collect details of the project from the counter. This project envisages to plant a tree related with the birthstar of the member/nominee on the surroundings of temples under the Devaswom. The online facility for making payment towards the scheme is implemented by Dhanlaxmi Bank.

Donations to Annadana Trust and Infrastructure Development Fund under Travancore Devaswom Board can also be made by pilgrims through debit/credit cards using the swiping machines available in the counter.

The dedicated counter will be operationsalised through out the Mandalam- Makaravilakku Season.
